so ting and i went to the gym yesterday and the instructor was a MAD MAN! omg, he just loves to scream and sing damn loudly! it’s frikkin funny. but he really makes you feel damn tired. he made us do crunches with our legs up in the air as straight as possible then he pulled our shoe laces and made us tie them in that position. super tiring! then we drove to kki to meet mon + vic for cakes. WE DIDNT EVEN CHANGE OR BATHE. very gross.
